    From Playbill.com:

After putting felines in the spotlight for nearly two decades, one would think the furry creatures would have more respect for Cats composer Andrew Lloyd Webber.

London's Daily Mail reports that Lloyd Webber's new kitten Otto has managed to destroy the music he has penned for the upcoming sequel to The Phantom of the Opera. The six-month-old cat somehow climbed into the frame of Lloyd Webber's digital Clavinova piano, which features a built-in computer.

The award-winning composer told the London paper, "I was trying to write some new music; Otto got into the grand piano, jumped onto the computer and destroyed the entire score for the new Phantom in one fell swoop."

What are you? Some kind of neo-Conservative Nazi book-burner? You?re glad the cat destroyed a work of art?
    Nice.
Sure, the Phantom sequel was a stupid idea, but it was someone?s intended work ? like a book, or other form of art ? and wishing it destroyed is akin to burning books to destroy ideas that challenge your way of thinking. Is that what we?ve come to? Are we all book-burning Nazi bastards?! I say NO!
If I like a work of art or not, it should be allowed to live and, in this case, the cat was a "bad widdle putty".
Don't get me wrong: I like cats at least as much as dogs. They?re powerful and affectionate little tigers (I don't need my pets to be slobberingly stupid and blindly obedient), but in this case, the cat must be punished, and Bilko must apologize for being an idea-squashing censor. Down with Tyrants!!!

    Ummm.... no.

You?re glad the cat destroyed a work of art?
No. I'm glad the cat destroyed a work of Andrew Lloyd Webber. There's a difference.

...and wishing it destroyed is akin to burning books to destroy ideas that challenge your way of thinking.
Ummm... nope. Going out and burning people's books is evil. Laughing because a hack accidently set fire to his own book is just schadenfreude. Can we tell the difference between laughing because a person slips on a banana peel and actually pushing him under a train? Hmmm? Can we? Hmmm?

If I like a work of art or not, it should be allowed to live and, in this case, the cat was a "bad widdle putty".
Absolutely. And I would never personally damage someone else's work. This wouldn't stop me from giving the kitty a catnip reward.

Bilko must apologize for being an idea-squashing censor. Down with Tyrants!!!
Who did I censor? Was I anywhere near England? Expressing an opinion without being able to enforce it on anyone hardly equals tyranny.

So there. NYAHHH!!!! Nyahhhnyahhhnyahhhnyahhhnyahhhnyahhhnyahhhnyahhhny ahhh!!!! THHPPPTTT!

There. I've run rings around you logically.

I believe you put that kitty up to it, somehow.
Perhaps it was through some kind of cat telepathy you've recently discovered.

Or maybe you dialed a wrong number and accidentally got A.L.W.'s house. In your embarrassment and desire to make a bad situation into a good one, you asked for some pussy. This, of course, led the maid, or whomever picked up the receiver, to fetch the cat. Suddenly, surprised by the mewing voice at the other end of the line, you realized you had a rare opportunity on your hands: have the cat destroy Andy's homework. Hoping to do just that, you reminded the kitten of all the cat nip it'd been promised and hadn't received in full, to its limited point of view, thereby creating one angry puss! Pursuing your plan, you told the cat exactly what to do, thus unleashing its rage upon an innocent hack. Soon, the world would be devoid of a voidable piece of crap. Yet a crime was perpetrated!!!
Shame, Mr. Bilko, Cat Whisperer! Shame for resorting to such tactics.
Still... I'm glad i don't have to hear the finished work... But shame!

Never fear, loyal Lloyd lovers, the great man will have the music recycled, I mean, rewritten, in no time. It will take more than one petulant pussy to put an end to "Phantom Part II".
